This role is a key part of our retail store team, working directly with customers to provide a memorable and on-brand shopping experience. You will be joining a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your energy, style, and customer service skills will be a direct contributor to the store's success and the team's morale.

What You'll Do

• Provide an exceptional, high-energy customer experience that embodies the Böhme brand.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, offer styling advice, and drive sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always clean, organized, and inviting.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking, and participating in cycle counts.
• Collaborate with team members and store leadership to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
• Stay current on product knowledge, new arrivals, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate with customers.
• Embrace and represent the company's values and culture in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• A genuine passion for fashion and the Böhme brand aesthetic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a team-first mentality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed by the business.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
