Assistant Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You'll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
