About the role
Assistant Managers at Domino's provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards. While performing duties, you may work outdoors, in various temperatures, noisy environments, near moving mechanical parts, or with dangerous equipment. The role can be physically demanding, requiring repetitive hand use, prolonged standing, bending, twisting, reaching, crouching, stooping, or kneeling.
Responsibilities
- Count inventory and supplies nightly
- Analyze labor and sales on a continual basis
- Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
- Supervise employees efficiently
- Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
- Prepare and package food products
- Clean and maintain the store and its equipment
- Rotate commissary deliveries
- Drop off nightly deposits and handle paperwork in the General Manager’s absence
- Manage cash, people, and time effectively
- Prepare pizzas and deliver orders to designated locations
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and unscheduled shifts as emergencies arise
- Comfortable performing other workstation duties as needed
Pay
Starting wage is based on prior experience, generally beginning at minimum wage + $0.50, with raises available based on performance reviews (typically every 4 weeks). Top Assistant Managers earn $2.75 over minimum wage hourly, plus a monthly bonus starting at $100, based on store and individual performance.
Pay range: $15.95 to $19.00 hourly, with bonus earning potential.
