About the role

Assistant managers oversee all aspects of store operations during their shift, setting the tone and example for the team. This role requires availability during all operating hours: Sunday–Thursday 9:00 AM–1:00 AM, Friday–Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 AM. Since delivering will be part of training, candidates must have a Florida driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 to 30 people during shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Manage cost control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Operate the cash register and assist walk-in customers.
• Prepare all products quickly and accurately, adhering to portion sizes and recipes.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Can-do attitude and motivational skills to manage staff effectively.
• Reliable, insured vehicle and valid Florida driver’s license.
