This full-time hands-on entry-level management job leads to the position of a GM and even a franchise owner. Last year our GMs earned $103,000 on average. You'll be working for a company that is fun and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team during your shift; manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people
• Responsible for all store operations, including cost control, cash control and customer relations
• Help walk-in customers
• Operate the cash register
• Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to all portion sizes and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
• Set the tone and the example for the store; be on your game 100% of the time

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Florida driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle (delivery will be part of your training)
• Available during all operating hours: Sunday-Thursday 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM, Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM (we are usually able to meet all reasonable requests for time off)
• Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get staff in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing while creating a great place to work
• Great role model — the person everyone will look to

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team strongly preferred
• Fast food/restaurant management experience strongly preferred
