This full-time hands-on entry-level management job leads to the position of a GM and even a franchise owner! Last year our GMs earned $103,000 on average. We have competitive pay, health insurance, and paid time off.

Schedule

Candidates should be available during all operating hours:

• Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM
• Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Lead a team during your shift
• Responsible for all store operations
• Assist walk-in customers
• Operate the cash register
• Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to all portion sizes and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards
• Cost control
• Cash control
• Customer relations

Requirements

• Experience leading a team; during your shift you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people
• Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get staff in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing while creating a great place to work
• Reliable insured vehicle and a valid Florida driver’s license
• At least 18 years old
