DTID, Inc owns and operates Domino's Pizza stores in and around Kentucky and Indiana. We believe in creating value and making a difference in customers’ and Team Members’ lives every day, one order at a time. Founded in 2013 with our first store in Bloomington, IN, we have grown to multiple locations across Kentucky and Indiana with over 5,000 employees. DTID, Inc is family-owned and fosters a passionate team—many with over 15 years of service in an industry known for high turnover. Some employees have advanced to become Domino’s Pizza franchise owners.

About the role

At Domino’s, we provide career opportunities and the chance to advance financially and professionally. 90% of our Franchisees started as delivery drivers and worked their way up. A typical trainee can learn our systems and be running their own store within a year. In your first year as a General Manager, you can earn up to $85,000 annually. After one year, you can franchise on your own or pursue other advancement opportunities like Training Implementation Specialists, District Managers, Operations Directors, and Marketing Directors—all filled from within the company.

Training is progressive, starting as a delivery driver to understand the core of our business. After delivering pizzas, you’ll move to pizza-making, then management training with three levels. Once completed, you’re eligible to run your own store. The timeline depends on your availability. We guarantee a minimum of $52,000 in your first year (working 45-50 hours a week) through tips, mileage, wage, and bonuses. Our highest-paid manager earned over $145,000 last year, starting as a delivery driver.

We currently operate 21 locations between Bloomington, Indiana, and Louisville, Kentucky, with plans for rapid growth through acquisitions and new builds. We offer an aggressive bonus plan for managers taking on new locations—one General Manager earned over $32,000 in bonuses and is now a District Manager.
