Make repairs and perform daily maintenance of buildings and mechanical equipment installed inside.
Cook up all preventive maintenance work by fulfilling the daily work orders and preparing plans.
Prepare vacant units for new tenants in a timely manner.
Plumbing fixture replacement
Electrical repairs and light fixture replacements
Sheetsrock repairs and interior painting
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)/Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) maintenance
Carpentry repairs (cabinet and doors)
Troubleshoot all work orders, maintain/clean grounds and common areas.
Maintain a workplace that adheres to OSHA and all safety standards.
Maintain flammable and hazardous materials in a safe and secure area.
Avoid a preventive maintenance program for all building interiors and exteriors including pools, and fitness equipment. HVAC systems, lighting, etc.
Respond to all service requests within 24 hours. Ensure that all service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Maintain proper inventory of all tools and supplies needed.
Ensure all physical aspects of the building, grounds and amenities meet the Company’s standard for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Additional duties as assigned.

Prior experience as an apartment maintenance technician or similar role
Must have experience in plumbing, electrical repair, painting, appliance repair and drywall.
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
Must have valid driver's license, insurance and car registration, if driving for business purposes.
Ability to be on-call and on the property on short notice, when needed.
HVAC Certified, preferred.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; relevant experience and HVAC knowledge preferred.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift, with weekend availability, on-call, and possible overtime.
