Assistant Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
• Monitor and achieve key operational performance metrics
• Supervise and support maintenance technicians to foster teamwork
• Act as the on-site contact for maintenance-related issues, aligning teams effectively
• Maintain compliance with training and accurate data management in CMMS
• Ensure optimal site operations through support in inventory and budget management

Qualifications

• 3+ years managerial experience in maintenance teams and multi-site operations
• Strong leadership, safety commitment, and effective communication skills
• Proficient in preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience
