Responsibilities
- Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Monitor and achieve key operational performance metrics
- Supervise and support maintenance technicians to foster teamwork
- Act as the on-site contact for maintenance-related issues, aligning teams effectively
- Maintain compliance with training and accurate data management in CMMS
- Ensure optimal site operations through support in inventory and budget management
Qualifications
- 3+ years managerial experience in maintenance teams and multi-site operations
- Strong leadership, safety commitment, and effective communication skills
- Proficient in preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience
