Responsibilities
- Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on property
- Performs “make-ready” process for vacant apartments
- Follows procedures for accessing and returning maintenance items
- Completes documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly
- Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Supports cost-cutting initiatives by fixing rather than replacing
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of apartment maintenance experience
- Possession of technical or other relevant training
- Valid driver’s license
- AC Certification I and II
