Assistant IT Team Manager - Software Applications

Seeking a seasoned IT leader to manage mission-critical dealer application systems supporting Honda's global operations. The Team Manager will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dealer and field application platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and innovation. Responsibilities include presenting IT strategies to leadershipleading and mentoring a diverse teamensuring project delivery following established methodologiesacting as Solutions Architect for technical workstreamsestablishing governance, security, and compliance standardsdriving innovation and process improvementsmanaging budgets and vendor relationshipsrecruiting talent and supporting vendor negotiations Qualifications encompass a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, with minimum 8 years of IT experience5+ years of leadership experienceexpertise in security, governance, application modernization, and enterprise architecturestrong communication, project management, and stakeholder skillsexperience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on-premise environmentsfamiliarity with industry standards and best practices.
