Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Ability to instruct and monitor students in the use of equipment related to welding, facilities maintenance, culinary, and office administration.
- Operate equipment related to the specific trades and know proper use of safety equipment.
- Knowledge of various Microsoft Office software programs, ability to type, and general office administration knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Associate of Applied Science Degree
- Knowledge and Skills: Preferred previous teaching experience, knowledge of various Microsoft Office software programs, ability to type, and general office administration knowledge.
Physical Demands
- Possess the stamina for outdoor work.
Working Conditions and Environment
- Job Corps follows the federal holiday calendar.
- Schedule: M-F 8:00a-4:00p.
- Maximum of 25 hours per week.
Equipment Operation
- Mowers, leaf blowers, construction equipment, hand tools, computer, calculator, and copier.
