Assistant Innkeeper
- . Requirements: list of requirements. Schedule: list schedule details. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's some about AI tools, data processing, lodging not included. Those are not boilerplate? They are somewhat meta but maybe we should keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The AI tools and data processing is not exactly those categories but could be considered legal? It's about hiring process. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's about process. Might be okay to keep? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The AI tools paragraph is about hiring process, not exactly those. Could keep but it's somewhat meta. However it's not substantive about role. Might be considered boilerplate? Safer to remove it. Also "Lodging not included as it is a part time position." That's a detail about lodging not included; could be considered a benefit? It's a note. Might be kept in About the role? It's a condition. Could be included in About the role or maybe as a note. But we can keep it in About the role as a sentence. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting except removed boilerplate. Let's extract substantive paragraphs: - Opening: "Start your mornings at the historic Timberholm Inn! Since 1949, our bed & breakfast has welcomed travelers, adventurers, and families alike, offering a slice of history with the ambiance of a bygone era. Recognized by the Stowe Historical Society as one of the original ski lodges of the area, Timberholm continues to be a cherished destination year-round." - Role description: "We are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Assistant Innkeeper to create memorable morning experiences for guests at our 9-room boutique bed and breakfast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the art of breakfast, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and takes pride in creating seamless, personalized experiences for guests from first contact to their next stay. Training will be provided, along with ongoing support during the transition and beyond. If you have a passion for cooking or baking, a keen eye for cleanliness, and a welcoming personality, we would love to have you join our team." - Schedule details: "Days: 2 mornings per week, Thursday & Sunday Shift Length: 4 hours Standard Hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM, breakfast served at 8:00 am Ski Season Hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM, breakfast served at 7:00 am" - Essential Duties And Responsibilities list (multiple bullet-like sentences). We'll convert each sentence to

- Cultural components paragraph: "Given the unique nature of the company and our strong focus on integrity and values, these cultural components of how we operate will be continually re-enforced. Timberholm Inn maintains the highest professional standards and pledges to operate with integrity and honesty in all that we do. Timberholm Inn strives to always put our guests first, choosing to do what is in their best interest even if that choice may not be the easy or popular path. We believe in a collaborative environment between the administrative staff, leadership, and all members of the Timberholm Inn staff. We recognize that everyone has a voice, realizing that the status quo can be improved upon based on our unique and diverse capabilities and insights. We embrace diversity realizing the benefit of working together and sharing individual insights with the group. Through these ideas discovered in the pursuit of solving problems, we will improve results both for our guests and ourselves. We strive to be able to say to each other, “We didn’t just support each other, we made each other better professionally.”"
- AI tools paragraph: "We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us."
- Lodging not included: "Lodging not included as it is a part time position."
We need to decide where to place cultural components and AI tools and lodging note. They are not exactly About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Schedule. Could be part of About the role (company culture). Could be separate section like "Company Values" but not requested headings. The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings if we have content. We could put cultural components under About the role (makes sense). AI tools and lodging note could also go under About the role as additional info. Or we could omit them if they are considered boilerplate? The AI tools paragraph is about hiring process; not exactly boilerplate but could be considered legal? It's about data processing. Might be considered legal boilerplate. The instruction says remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is about data processing and AI tools; could be considered legal. Safer to remove it. Lodging not included is a detail about the position; could be kept under About the role as a note. Thus final sections: About the role (includes intro, role description, training, passion, etc., cultural components, lodging note). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list). Schedule (list or prose). We'll output HTML. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. All have content. Let's craft:
