About the role
We are seeking an Assistant in Training with irrigation experience to join our team and learn the ropes of golf course maintenance and management. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about golf course management and eager to develop skills in irrigation technology.
You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in maintaining and operating irrigation systems, ensuring proper watering of greens, fairways, and landscapes. You will also assist in other aspects of golf course maintenance, such as mowing, landscaping, and equipment operation.
As you progress, you will have the chance to shadow experienced staff, participate in training sessions, and eventually take on more responsibility.

Requirements
