Position Summary

This position provides support for the nufactor Intake and Authorizations department.

Essential Functions And Duties

  • Assist the Intake and Authorizations department with follow up calls to health plans.
  • Documents all calls and statuses in Nufactor's system of record.
  • Assist's with annual benefit verifications.
  • Assist in filing, organizing and scanning patient packets.
  • Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.
  • Display dedication to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives.
  • Always represent the Company in a professional manner and appearance.
  • Understand and internalize the Company's purpose.

  • Ensure conduct is consistent with all Compliance Program Policies and procedures when engaging in any activity on behalf of the company. Immediately report any concerns or violations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Knowledge

Prefer at least one (1) year of general administrative experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to organize data and concepts into effective written presentations.
  • Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled.
  • Must have the ability to lift and maneuver items of at least 20 lbs.
  • Must have the ability to travel occasionally.
  • Working condition include normal office setting.
