About the role
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor at the Staten Island, NY location. The Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor oversees housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean and maintained to the highest standards.
- Supervising housekeeping staff
- Managing laundry services
- Providing excellent customer service to residents
- Communicating with team members and residents to ensure smooth operations and address concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills to manage and support the housekeeping team and assist the Director of Housekeeping
- Experience in laundry and housekeeping operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Prior experience in a healthcare or assisted living facility is a plus
