A Lead Instructor at The Little Gym takes charge of making classes both amazing and fun. They lead by example, ensuring that each class feels like the child's first day.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and make members feel like family.
• Create a warm and fun environment for children each week.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every single week!

Requirements

• Loves having fun, encouraging kids, and giving high-fives.
• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful.
• Likes to serve and makes others feel good.
• Kids and their parents both like you.
• Can maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm daily.
