Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships with members and staff
• Lead a high-performing team with empathy and energy
• Drive membership growth through service—not sales pressure
• Keep the gym clean, safe, and welcoming
• Plan events and programs that bring the community together
• Manage budgets and operations with excellence
• Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service or management role preferred
• Passion for fitness and wellness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
