About the role

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves setting goals, creating plans, leading a team of Department Managers, and hiring and developing managers.

Responsibilities

• Set and follow up on goals for the restaurant
• Lead a team of Department Managers
• Help Department Managers set their own goals
• Follow up on Department Managers' progress
• Provide coaching and direction to improve departments
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers

Requirements

• Previous Manager experience running high volume locations
• A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/review
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager
