Assistant General Manager - Retail

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Minimum of three (3) years of retail management experience, preferably in a department store, specialty retail, hospitality, food service, or airport retail environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.

• Strong understanding of customer service, retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to support sales growth, manage operational priorities, and achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a 24/7 airport environment.
