About the Role

P.F. Chang’s is seeking a full-time salaried Restaurant Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Assistant Operating Partner. We are the global leader in scratch Asian cooking and are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and help deliver great food and hospitality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• Valid driver’s license to perform duties such as shift coverage, meeting liquor license requirements (state-dependent), delivering large catering orders (may include operating a rental truck), supply runs, local restaurant marketing, offsite training, business meetings, and traveling between restaurant locations
• Experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to mentor and train team members
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction
• Understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, and overall financial control
• Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of work environments and work effectively with different types of people
