Assistant General Manager

Requirements

• Help lead the team daily, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to your team and General Manager.
• Deputize as the first point of contact when the restaurant General Manager is unavailable or on vacation.
• Aid General Managers in achieving business results and development.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in our family-owned restaurants.
