Responsibilities
- Help manage a multi-temperature, tech-driven, customer-focused warehouse and be willing to relocate for career advancement within Martin Brower.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment for all employees in a 24/7 warehouse.
- Provide leadership to the Transportation and Warehouse Managers, fostering high employee morale and engagement.
- Achieve annual performance goals by executing company processes effectively and participating in budget and P&L development.
- Solve problems promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to strategic facility initiatives and committees.
- Present at customer and employee meetings, and champion change to drive facility improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of leadership experience, or
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11+ years of specific experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree.
