About the role

As the Assistant General Manager at our store, you'll partner with the General Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. In this leadership role, you'll manage wash, dry, and fold services while maintaining pristine store conditions, promoting laundry products, and fostering a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service – Be the face of the store and ensure a seamless, hassle-free experience.
• Maintain Store Excellence – Keep the store clean, safe, and operating at peak efficiency.
• Staff Supervision – Oversee and support staff during shifts, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Inventory Management – Stay ahead of supply needs, from detergent to cleaning supplies, keeping our shelves stocked and our stores clean.
• Operational Support – Assist in the day-to-day management of the laundromat, ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and fully operational at all times.

Requirements

• Proven Leadership Experience – 2+ years in retail, service, sales, or operational management.
• Strong Business Acumen – Experience managing budgets, driving revenue, and controlling costs a plus.
• Maintenance Skills – Commitment to rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on with operations and maintenance needs.
• Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to motivate teams and serve customers.
• Strong Sales Mindset – Experience working in retail.
• Physically Capable – Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible Schedule – Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual – A plus, but not required.
