About the role

The role involves leading shifts and departments in a McDonald’s restaurant. Managers ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They also handle various aspects such as training, food safety, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
• Manage assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
• Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Make sure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and fast service.
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.
