Responsibilities

• Manage high expectations and conduct business ethically

• Manage a diverse menu including deli sandwiches, baked potatoes, soups, salads, desserts, and sweet tea

• Part of the quick-casual market, combining fast-food and full-service elements
• Open from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, offering flexible schedules without excessive early morning or late night work

Requirements

Must be a self-starter with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in restaurant management. Experience in the quick-casual market is preferred.
