The Assistant General Counsel will serve as a senior member of the Legal team and provides strategic, practical legal counsel on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a primary focus on complex commercial contracting. This role partners closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to structure, draft, review, and negotiate agreements that support the company’s business objectives while appropriately managing legal and commercial risk. Operating within a highly regulated medical device environment, this position requires strong legal and business judgment, extensive commercial contracting experience, and the ability to independently manage sophisticated legal matters. The Assistant General Counsel will also support corporate governance, strategic transactions, and the continued development of scalable contracting processes, templates, and legal workflows.
