About the role
The Assistant General Counsel is responsible for providing legal support and guidance to the company’s various departments.
Responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and counsel on compliance issues.
- Represent the company in legal disputes and negotiations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact on operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with contract review and negotiation.
Skills
- Knowledge of corporate law and business practices.
- Experience with employment law and labor relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
