Essential Departmental Duties and Responsibilities
- Aids in planning, development, and direction of all team training and conditioning activities to enhance the Football program's competitive standing within the North Coast Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III.
- Participates in planning practices, training sessions, team and individual conditioning, line-ups, and competitive strategies.
- Assists in preparing and implementing scouting reports, game film analysis, film breakdowns, and film exchanges.
- Supports the recruitment process by developing a strategy, communicating academic programs, evaluating talent, coordinating communications, and maintaining a strong social media presence.
- Maintains positive relationships with campus partners and fosters meaningful connections with students, staff, and faculty by being accessible and visible on campus.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university.
- Knowledge and understanding of the sport, and sport-specific certification, as applicable.
- Understanding of NCAA regulations and guidelines concerning the recruitment and retention of student-athletes is beneficial.
