Assistant Football Coach (Part-time)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Coaching and serving as an assistant to the Offensive or Defensive Coordinator
• Recruiting qualified student athletes
• Use of recruiting software
• Camp operations
• Scouting
• Film breakdown
• Monitoring academic progress of student-athletes
• Any other duties assigned by the Athletic Department

Qualifications

• Strong Christian commitment and adherence to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement
• Bachelor’s degree required
• One to three (1-3) Years of High School or Collegiate Coaching Experience
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
• Knowledge of computer applications for recruiting and video exchange and breakdown
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work weekends & evenings and also to travel
