We’re currently in search of an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager who shares these values and will champion them.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth service delivery
• Elevate standards and foster a culture of excellence among team members
• Motivate and develop a high-performing team through effective leadership and communication
• Manage inventory, budget, and financial performance to optimize profitability
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and functions

Requirements

• A passion for food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience
• An advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations
• A proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation

Qualifications

• A post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field is a plus
• Experience managing a team and leading a food & beverage department
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

$70,000 - $83,000 annually
