Assistant Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Operate and conduct games in accordance with Mashantucket Pequot Gaming procedures and internal controls
• Conduct games in accordance with game rules and procedures

Requirements

• Gaming school certificate, high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Currently employed as a dealer in Table Games Department
• Must have been a dealer for a minimum of one (1) year prior to the opening date of the job posting
• Proficient in Blackjack, Novelty, and one of the following: Baccarat, Craps, Pai Gow (tiles)(Poker), Roulette
• Must be able to change shifts, days off, and time starts
• Must be able to stand and sit in varying twenty-minute increments for a one hour period followed by a twenty minute break
• Must be able to perform tasks involving prolonged leaning and bending at waist and neck, frequent upper and lower arm reaching, and fine motor hand and wrist movements
• Must possess good close, color, and depth perception vision
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced game environment

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a casino environment with the general public in a fast-paced atmosphere with a moderate amount of noise and smoke
