About the role
We are a dynamic regional community bank dedicated to customer focus and empowerment. Our Assistant Financial Center Managers (AFCMs) are producers and coaches who guide customers through various financial stages and provide personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Aid the Financial Center Manager in managing staff, ensuring coverage and fostering a positive team environment.
- Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of all retail roles, overseeing staff duties and compliance with branch processes.
- Manage personal and team goals through in-person and outbound calling activities, sharing valuable solutions and recommendations.
- Build and maintain small business banking relationships through outside sales activities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction by reviewing and implementing plans to improve customer experiences.
- Conduct regular branch audits, including cash audits, compliance documentation audits, and clerical and supervisory reporting.
- Ensure all departmental tasks comply with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, including completing required compliance training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a bachelor’s degree.
- Previous retail supervisory experience.
- Ability to manage and lead a sales process while providing excellent customer service.
- Positive leadership skills and the ability to motivate and present information in various settings.
- Experience with MS Office programs and familiarity with social media platforms.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
- Passionate about banking and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
