Assistant Finance Coordinator

About the role

Processes new customer applications for financing through Cat Finance using Cat Finance Express. Utilizes Finance Express to input credit information for review by Caterpillar. Inputs equipment finance information such as model, price, year, serial number, and finance conditions requested by customer/sales rep. Submits deals to Cat Financial for approval and notifies sales reps when deals are approved or denied.

Responsibilities

  • Notifies sales reps when applications are denied and explains denials.
  • Notifies sales reps when deals are approved and discusses any conditions of approval.
  • Generates finance documents, obtains equipment invoices, and assists in maintaining a spreadsheet of deals.
  • Corresponds with Cat Financial and salespeople until funding is complete.
  • Aids in resolving customer inquiries, handling account details, statements, service charges, and disputes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience
