Assistant Field Hockey Coach

About the role

The Assistant Field Hockey Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of the team’s development, including game strategy, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in game strategy and tactics
• Work with players to develop their skills and improve performance
• Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
• Attend games and practices to provide support and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level
• Experience with NCAA regulations and policies
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of field hockey rules and regulations

Skills

• Strong leadership abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
