Assistant Coach

About the role

The Assistant Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of the soccer program, including game planning, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game preparation and strategy discussions
• Work closely with players to improve their skills and performance
• Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
• Attend and participate in team meetings and practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience working with youth soccer players
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for soccer and commitment to student-athlete development

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using sports management software

Pay
