Responsibilities

• Perform open, mid‑day, and closing duties.
• Conduct daily briefings on matters important to the kitchen manager and team members.
• Manage necessary repair and maintenance issues; supervise cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure consistent production of high‑quality food.
• Ensure team member and kitchen manager compliance with all internal and external audit standards.
