Key Responsibilities
- Work with Manager and serve as primary liaison for Anthem, Halftime and Pop-ups.
- Act as the main point of contact for all Anthem, Halftime and specialty acts from booking through game day execution.
- Handle communications to VIP talent as needed.
- Cookordinate all talent logistics including arrival times, call times, rehearsals, and run of show alignment.
- Ensure all talent needs and expectations are clearly communicated and executed at a high level.
- Support onsite execution of performances, including talent check-in, green room management, and stage readiness.
Requirements
- Someone looking to grow their career in Sports Entertainment
- Experience in talent management and event production
- Experience working in an office setting
- Must be highly organized, resourceful, and detailed-oriented
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Business Administration or a related field, or 2+ years of experience
Working Conditions
- Available to work various hours including evenings/nights, weekends and holidays
- Highly organized, resourceful, detailed-oriented, quick learner
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- The ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Pay
Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed.
