Assistant Division Manager (Ft. Myers)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic. This role will assist the Branch Manager in managing the P&L and the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling, and collections. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you can grow your career in many directions: Branch Manager, Regional Manager/Leader, and beyond. Responsibilities

• Model Leadership; Connect with the people that you lead; Multiply talent.
• Assist Operations teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.
• Manage Processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement, and Sales & Marketing.
• Achieve operational goals/metrics.
• Provide on-the-job training through self or others.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual: English/Spanish (preferred).

This is a safety-sensitive position.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Pay

Compensation Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00. To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
