About the role

Distribution Marketing supports the Distribution Sales team, a key revenue driver for the company. The team manages relationships with distributor marketing partners to promote the value of Fox’s content and leverage their platforms for product and service promotion.

The Assistant, Distribution Marketing provides administrative support to the Vice President of Distribution Marketing and serves as the department assistant for the Los Angeles-based Distribution Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide heavy administrative support for the VP and limited support for LA-based directors, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and completing expense reports.
  • Support the portfolio team on marketing communications: coordinate talking points, curate stories for e-newsletters, collect and upload assets to B2B websites, and prepare PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist brand and account teams with project support: resource premiums, coordinate travel for talent appearances, input campaigns into the media value tracker, route marketing assets, and consolidate programming grids.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior work experience, ideally in a professional environment.
  • Knowledge of the marketing/media industry.
  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail; self-starter able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented office.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize high volumes of work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Pay

$21.00–25.00 per hour, with final offer dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
