Core Responsibilities
- Works as a Subject Matter Expert/Trainer/Mentor for Cybersecurity Educational Workforce Development (EWD) curriculum with a variety of audiences, age groups and technical levels including K-12, higher ed, state and federal partners and commercial partners.
- Ensures that institute EWD curriculum development is organized and executed using innovative concepts, methods, and tools.
- Understands, produces, and presents in person and online cybersecurity training materials.
- Maintains learning management systems and promotes remote learning practices.
- Applies change management techniques and effectively designs curriculum for industrial training and academic applications.
- Captures and coordinates with leadership and staff to develop and train cybersecurity training courses.
- Ensures LMS and training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Evaluates program assessment techniques for industrial training and academic applications with the ability to quickly adjust to nuanced audiences.
- Manages tasks using project management principles.
- Performs data analysis and market assessment techniques to ensure effectiveness.
- Business Development, Pipeline Management and prospect and lead qualification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Five (5) years of related work experience.
- This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.

Work Conditions
- Normal office conditions.
- Regularly drives to a variety of campus locations.
- Ability to travel (up to 25%) to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events.
- Workdays, areas, and work hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
Physical Demands
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Workplace Environment
- Work is performed both on campus and remotely in Texas.
- Travel and parking expenses are the employee’s responsibility.
