Responsibilities
- Drive Growth & Performance
- Support enrollment, retention, and revenue goals
- Track and analyze class performance, attendance, and capacity
- Identify opportunities to grow classes, camps, and events

About The Little Gym of Naples
The Little Gym is a curriculum-based, non-competitive gymnastics program for children ages 4 months to 12 years. We focus on building confidence, developing skills, and creating a fun, supportive environment where kids can grow physically, socially, and emotionally.
