Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of experience in school transportation
- Possession of a class B CDL license with P/S endorsement, or ability to obtain same
- Knowledge of Indiana Law and Regulations, along with Federal Laws and Regulations governing the transportation of school students
- Associate's degree in management and/or computer systems or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with youth (preferred)
- Successful experience in using transportation routing and mapping software and automated computerized routing as related to school district transportation routing and logistics (preferred)
- Bilingual (specifically Spanish.) (preferred)
