About the role

The Assistant Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee departmental operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to maintain high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess departmental progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management or a similar field.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and lead change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and employee management software.

Schedule
