About the role
The Assistant Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to maintain high-quality services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess departmental progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management or a similar field.
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead change initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and employee management software.

$60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
