Responsibilities
- Assist in directing nursing services in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center
- Oversee regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Lead quality assurance initiatives
- Provide managerial leadership to nursing staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Well-versed in regulatory issues and survey compliance
- Strong managerial and communication skills
