About the role
Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing (DON), the ADON is responsible for activities and functions related to the administration of members served care systems and members served care in nursing areas and departments. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols.
Responsibilities
- Administer members served care systems and members served care in nursing areas and departments under the guidance of the DON
- Participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe
- Monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) while on-call and respond in accordance with operational protocols
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have two (2) years of experience with one (1) years in psychiatric nursing and one (1) year in a supervisory capacity; OR a baccalaureate degree in nursing or a related field and one (1) years of experience in psychiatric nursing, including one (1) year in a supervisory capacity
- Current valid licensure as an RN in the state of operation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be CPR, BLS, AHA, and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certified (hands-on course) on date of employment prior to providing direct client care, and maintain current certification throughout employment
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have two (2) years of experience with one (1) years in psychiatric nursing and one (1) year in a supervisory capacity; OR a baccalaureate degree in nursing or a related field and one (1) years of experience in psychiatric nursing, including one (1) year in a supervisory capacity

Pay
Expected starting wage range is $113,985.14 - $140,810.67. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Schedule
- Full-Time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday – Friday plus on call responsibilities
