Assistant Director of Nursing - LPN

Role: Assistant Director of Care, LPN Responsibilities: Provide exceptional nursing services, oversee clinical staff, ensure adequate staffing, assist with daily department functions, manage care plans and assessments, train staff, collaborate on quality improvement, and participate in care conferences. Responsible for maintaining compliance with state regulations, addressing auditing issues, and supporting the Director of Care. The role includes on-call duties and other related tasks. Qualifications & Skills: Valid Nursing License and Driver’s License, excellent customer service, strong communication, leadership and supervisory experience, decision-making ability, knowledge of assisted living regulations, flexible, compassionate, dependable, and capable of making high-judgment decisions affecting facility operations.
