Assistant Director of Nursing

Lincoln Tech has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director of Nursing to assist with managing the Nursing Education Department. You will help to achieve the optimum level of student retention and fulfill the institutional aims and mission of the organization, by maintaining the highest level of quality, ethics, and integrity. You would ensure that the school's operations are in full compliance with all government, accreditation, and Company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Of An Assistant Director Of Nursing Assist with faculty recruitment, hiring, and orientationMentor faculty members; provide support and direction in areas of educational developmentAssist faculty in instructional delivery methods that address students' differing learning stylesEnsure that all instructors are present, and that adequate provisions are made for classes affected by faculty absencesEvaluate and update the Faculty Education Plan (FEP) for all nursing facultyConduct classroom observations and surveys; review results with faculty, students, and the Director of Nursing - PN, as appropriateManage student progress from orientation to graduation.
