Assistant Director Of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department
• Aid in establishing and achieving Nursing Department goals
• Ensure the nursing department complies with Federal, State, and Local regulations
• Support the resident’s care by utilizing knowledge, skills, and attention to detail

Requirements

• Minimum Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field
• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
• C.P.R. Certification
• Prior experience managing a nursing department
• At least 5 years of R.N. experience
• Two years of R.N. experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

Qualifications

• Knowledge of psychotropic and infection control
