Assistant Director of Nursing (Assistant Wellness Director) - (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily wellness operations for our Assisted Living community
• Support the Wellness Director in maintaining regulatory compliance and clinical excellence
• Supervise and mentor caregivers, medication technicians, and wellness staff
• Aid in resident assessments, service plans, and care coordination
• Monitor resident health status and communicate changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Aid with accurate medication management and documentation
• Participate in staff training, coaching, and performance management
• Aid in quality assurance initiatives and infection control practices
• Support resident and family satisfaction through exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license (in good standing)
• Previous experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Knowledge of state regulations and senior living standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
